    Well, we did this to ourselves. We let corporate dictate bland, boring sales scripts, which we slavishly followed. We failed to help docs get an important job done. And, we didn’t bother knowing enough about the patients who might benefit from our wares.

    Our lack of courage and innovation brought us here. Fortunately, this awareness means we can summon the heroism to become vital to the healthcare system, once again.

    I’m taking charge!
