The values and competencies that Chris has pointed out can be important to anyone - whether s/he is seeking a new position or not.  Achievement drive, conceptual thinking, champion for change plus the pointers such as specific questions provided e.g. questions such as &quot;What are some of the adjectives that you would use to describe your ideal candidate&quot; are all thought starters that I can use daily in preparation for my &quot;elevator&quot; conversations.  So when I does come time for me to look for a new opportunity, I will be prepared to tell the story effectively.
