		<description>Given the economic climate, could people be overqualified for positions? 
I have a friend who is job searching. She submitted her resume and she was told by the recruiter that her skill set was more than what they wanted. Does it really matter if someone is over qualified? How can that be bad thing?   

My friend was also not granted an interview because she&#039;s been out of the profession for 3 years (HR-Diversification).</description>
