New Laboratory Products Client – why? referral – Thank You!!

I love it when this happens. A candidate that I had submitted for a great job (which he did not get due to tough competition – sorry) got another opportunity and promptly told his boss that they (his new company) should use PHC Consulting (and Peggy McKee) to fill their remaining positions. Thank you! You know who you are!

I would say that over 10 years I have touched at least a 1000 people, just like I did this candidate. So you might think that 10 % of them would refer their hiring team to me….no. Now, at least 10% do refer candidates – I think that must be easier. Perhaps it is intimidating to tell hiring managers that you think they should call PHC Consulting. You figure – surely they know this? Not so. They don’t. They are using other sources and don’t know what it is like to have qualified, prescreened candidates handed to you on a silver platter (they way we do here at PHC Consulting). I challenge you to be strong, come out and tell the hiring team that they should call PHC Consulting!
We will exceed their expectations – we do this everyday with our own clients.

I had 8 clients in 1999, 7 of them are still my clients (one went out of business). 10 years later they still call us: 888-263-5688. We consistently deliver top candidates in sales, marketing, technical support and sales management in the medical and laboratory industries.

I am going to think about what firms/people do amazing work for me and refer someone that could use their services, this week. I do this naturally, but it couldn’t hurt each of them to have another referral here in January, right?
