As a previous Director and Sales Manager, I must fully agree with you. It is sad that we as women don’t band together and help one another (more often) climb the corporate ladder. I’ve heard women say, “I had to do it alone, so she can too!” I’ve even heard women disparage other women making claims that she only got ahead because of her looks or even worse that she did something inappropriate. If we can learn anything from our male counterparts it is to be a team player and help each other. If we want to change the game, we have to help change the players.
