I match sales and marketing professionals with world class laboratory companies. I make the connection between business and science. Here you can see how a recruiter works, how this industry runs, and where you fit in (and have others see that fit).

Great suggestion!

I encourage everyone to set up a "Kudos File". It could be as simple as an email folder where you send notes to yourself or capture notes from others; a manila folder in a desk drawer or a note in your planner.

Every six months or so, check to see what's in there and what new skills or experience you want to transfer to your resume.

Great idea! Sometimes the only time I get to think about my career highlights is when I'm updating my resume. Keeping track of accomplishments as they happen can be an effective motivator. Thanks.
