The 30 day part of the 30/60/90 day plan….

This is the easiest piece of the plan - in your discussions with the recruiter that you are working with (we are PHC CONSULTING) and the manager and any other company contact that you have had, you should know what their training program looks like…..for example - do they have a 4 week training session at their HQ or a week of home study and then 2 weeks in the corporate office. So this is the bulk of your 30 day plan - attending training, mastering product knowledge, learning the corporate systems like email, intranet, CRM, etc. Typically, quality companies train their sales staff extensively (either pharmaceutical sales positions, biotech sales jobs, clinical and research laboratory sales opportunities, laboratory service salesĀ or medical device sales).
